Licensed in New Hampshire since March 2004 & Massachusetts since July 2018, Shannon has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through her knowledge and her attention to detail. Shannon studied Communication Arts at Emmanuel College. Interning at Channel 5 and Channel 7 Newsrooms. After working in the beverage industry for Miller Brewing Company, L. Knife & Son, Merrimack Valley Distributing, Bayside Distributing and Red Bull NH Amsoskeag Beverages for several decades Shannon decided to pursue her passion for real estate. Shannon's interest in real estate began with a Summer internship with City of Salem Assessors office where she fell in love with the meticulous craftsmanship, beauty, and majesty of the historic homes in the Witch City.

Acitve in her community, Shannon is a proud supporter of Nuts About NH Food Bank Peanut Butter Drive, NH Festival of Trees, Girls Inc..and NH Coalition to End Homelessness.  Shannon knows that is giving that we truly receive and small gestures really do make a big difference.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband & Cocker Spaniel strolling the New England area taking in the absolute stunning beauty of the New England Region in every Season.
